SSD
A solid-state drive (SSD) is an updated new generation of storage that is used in computers, laptops, and consoles. SSDs store data much faster than a normal hard drive. SSDs also have no moving parts, and upgrading is a great way to speed up your computer.
With the help of SSD, we can make our computer faster than before. It is also used for secondary storage. Generally, people install windows on SSD. SSD is also used in consoles and laptops to increase software speed. We have available almost all storage (GB) in it. An SSD helps your laptop, computer, and console to work faster than before that's why SSD is more expensive than a normal hard drive.
Types of SSD
1. SATA
SATA is a type of SSD. SATA SSD looks like a laptop hard drive but it is low in weight than a normal laptop size hard drive. It connects with the SATA port and pins in the computer and laptop.
2. PCIe NVMe
NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express) is the second type of SSD which is faster than SATA SSD. NVMe is little in size. It has many different sizes. To install NVMe a separate port is available in heavy and new-generation motherboards
